A.D. MEDELA once again supported the humanitarian initiative to fight breast cancer, contributing for the second year in a row to raising funds for preventive mammography screenings carried out in a mobile mammography unit.
From January 16 to March 8, 2024, 2024. Medela donated 5 RSD from every sold Strawberry–Vanilla Strudla 240g. Thanks to this initiative, significant funds were collected, enabling many women in Belgrade and the surrounding areas to receive free preventive screenings during the month of March.
The campaign is organized by the Institute of Public Health of Serbia “Dr Milan Jovanović Batut,” in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, the National Health Insurance Fund, and with the support of the B92 Fund.
Our mission is to help raise awareness about the importance of self-examinations and regular check-ups, as early detection makes breast cancer highly treatable.
